This pillow feels cool making it especially suitable for those who tend to sweat easily—it gives a nice, cool sensation when you rest your head on it. However, the height of the pillow is a bit too high for me; it would be perfect if it were a little lower.

I like the fact that I can remove a section for adjustability. Pillow is soft, for having three sections. The center section is very thin.Since I'm waiting for other linins, I haven't tried this yet. I ordered a set of two so as to fill the sham? decorative pillow that came with a bedspread I ordered during Walmarts Memorial Day sale.
