Can't sleep well without them.
I spent so much money searching for a pillow that didn't sleep hot. Then I decided to take a different route and try these cooling gel inserts. I get it nice and cool in the fridge and before going to bed I simply tuck it inside my pillowcase. They are comfortable, durable and have not leaked.

Sweet Cooling Relief
This gel pad really works to cool you off. Although it's for your pillow, I use it as cold therapy for my back and it is wonderful. If you use it over your pillow, make sure your pillow is low because the pad will make it taller. I have a tall pillow and my neck hurts if I sleep a long time with the gel pad. For better comfort, you can put it under your pillow case. Fold it and leave it in the fridge during the day to cool yourself at night.

Works!
The pillow is a little heavy, but I'm guessing it is because of the cooling gel inside. It works and keeps you cool. It just keeps moving around in the pillowcase due to the heaviness. However, all in all it's ok. I may return due to heaviness.

Not soft
Makes a great ice pack but not soft to sleep on. Wasn't expensive so I kept it and use as an ice pack.

It does not stay cool enough. Within about 10 minutes. It's warm. I was not happy at all. To me, it's garbage, i let my dog use it. I'm just gonna have to look elsewhere. I got to look around. Or something else. If you want to send me a reply, feel

Basic Problem Before I used it the bag it arrived in is full of water OR some sort of chemicals The entire bag is WET
