It is very impressive that a 220 volts AC is energy efficiency and quiet. Nothing can be heard. They made it easy to maintain and easy to clean.

Great PTAC for Condo
Quiet and efficient. Perfect replacement if you have a condo. Would be great if they made inexpensive which connected as a smart device but overall a great purchase.

Great unit, poor customer service.
Box arrived damaged but unit works great. Description was misleading in that it stated that the wall sleeve, grille and remote control was included, but neither was shipped with the unit. Three telephone calls and no response from the seller in the two weeks that I have owned this unit.

Works, damaged.
Unit arrived early, which was nice. no damage noted when received. Unit was on pallet and secured nicely. Upon removal from pallet and unboxing, unit showed damage consistent with being dropped-lower pan was bent and front cover cracked on left-front. Took a chance and got it installed anyway. Unit works well, despite damage. Hopefully it was all cosmetic. If not, I got the extended warranty in the event something fails.

Terrible shipping info
they gave me a tracking number for the air conditioner, seeing how it is a bit large and heavy, I took the day off of work to be here. FedEx arrived at 12:00 and delivered the remote for the unit. In that package was a note that they would ship the unit soon???? Wow, just wow, they could have let me know, so I wouldn't have wasted a day of my leave.
