Needs a better lid designed.
The only thing I don't like is the lid or I should say, the rim around the glass. There is a lip (not quite a 1/2 inch) under the glass that is very hard to get in and clean and dry it. The water does not drain off/out and very hard to get a towel corner or paper a towel corner to clean and dry it. A cotton swab doesn't even fit in the cap. In the photo, the blue arrow is that half inch of rim on the underside of lid, the red arrow is the outside/top where the glass meets the rim. (Stock photo of lid...I don't have a camera)

Repurchase of this pan
I bought the original large titan pan set several years ago and have used it for every meal since then. It was starting to get worn, so I ordered this as a replacement, thinking it was the same size. It is not, but it has been a great surprise how wonderful it is to have smaller pans that are nonstick, but you can still scrub them with scrat or use metal utensils.

This has become my go to pan. I use it nightly and it is just amazing quality, nothing sticks or fries everything perfectly!

Pantastic!
My new favorite pan. Have had issues in the past with non-sticks getting a good sear on the protein I am cooking up, not the case with this one. It's nice not to have to dig out the cast iron or worry about the surface easily scratching if I grab the "wrong" utensil to flip or stir.

Great Pans For Every Kitchen!
What a great looking and durable set of Pans! The interior non-stick is very different than other non-stick pans. Everything we have cooked in them so far from Breakfast to Desserts came out perfect! Love the recipes Chef Jet and Ali shared with us in the recipe book. The Knife is amazing, and now is my everyday everything knife.
