I get u in the morning just for my first cup of Copper Moon..the taste is amazing. it is very smooth and very tasty hot or over ice. The taste has a hint of chocolate, and the aroma the same. I buy the grind for a French press. I would recommend this method. I use Italian cream creamer, but it is excellent without creamer.

This is the best coffee beans lightly roasted and not bitter. So far from 8-10 pounds whole bean, the roast has been consistent. To me, that means a lot. Because before I found Copper Moon I had been ordering for decades a coffee roaster out of GA...and they were great in the beginning but in the last 5 years or so they began dropping the ball and never were consistent. Oftentimes bitter and over-roasted. So I stopped wasting my money and found Copper Moon! When I first saw Copper Moon on Zulily besides being a catchy name, they are from my home state so I tried it. I've never looked back. Great coffee guys! Thank you.
