The coffee possesses a richness and strength not typically found in decaf. As it's organic using superior Swiss water extraction, I feel it's a healthier alternative to most store bought decaf as well. I use whole bean in my Breville espresso machine which may provide more control over my brewing process for the perfect richness.

A high quality dark roast coffee. The coffee has a smooth, full flavor without the burnt or bitterness other brands exhibit. It is cheaper than the name brands and actually comes in pound quantity instead of the typical 10- or 12-ounce quantities. This has been one of my favorite coffees for a number of years. I highly recommend it.

I am a huge fan of Sumatra coffee. I have tried a fair amount of brands, but buy this exclusively at this point, consistently perfect Sumatra. thanks

The Stargazer Blend is an excellent addition to the coffee beans I use for my espresso machine. It is very smooth, good tasting and very consistent.It's all I can ask for in a moderately-priced coffee bean.

Mild taste, decent price, good product. Avoid anything being shipped FedEx unless you can wait for it. My package made it from Texas to Indianapolis in days, then languished there for weeks before it finally moved again. My spouse has had trouble with FedEx shipping on multiple retail sites as well.

Was looking for a medium dark roast with just the right bite for making my cold brew coffee, which I also warm for my morning cup. This was good coffee, just not quite the roast I was looking for.

I bought my first bag at CostCo %26 was delighted smooth %26 delicious. They no longer carry it. I was so glad to have found it here. Who knows why but every cup I made it gave me a strong headache %26 my skin became very very itchy. So I returned it. Just made a cup of Organic Peruvian coffee. No headache, no itchy skin. Odd just odd.

This coffee is not even close to a dark roast. The beans are light brown and totally dry. No oily sheen at all. There is little to no aroma. When I grind it the coffee falls right out of the grinder because it is so DRY. The beans are not dark and oily like every other dark roast I have ever bought. This is literally the worst dark roast coffee I have ever seen or smelled. It tastes very WEAK like a light roast. It's just awful. I'll never get this again. Its lame.

I am not a coffee snob, but this lacks flavor. I tried grinding different ways and brewing at different strengths, still lacking flavor. This is what my family calls colored water.
