Item worked like a charm for my daughter's wrist pain while at work. She was able to make it through the day painless and ease after wearing the compression sleeve. Works very well heated! Great product.

I'll adjust my review with later additional usage if the overall opinion changes. So far, I have only used it from the freezer and I'm honestly not sure how anybody does, it is uncomfortably cold so I have to leave it out to warm up for a little bit. I haven't used it as heat yet I will be doing that next. I wear extra large gloves as a man, and this fits me very well and stretched over my hand even swollen without issue. If you have small petite hands or wrist I don't think this would work for you.

needed a soft cushion for wrist/arm from injury. asap. love the cushion. but thumb part was not sewed right %26 tight . on meds. cant drive, %26 needed cushion asap so i couldnt return, so removed some of thread around thumb area. havent tried the heat or cold yet. . i wish arm part was longer. so i still have to use a wrap also. i have nerve damage, %26 hit my arm. causing more pain. so arm cant have any pressure. feedback , cushion helping almore that 2 ace bandages. please make some a little thicker.

Too big for my arm and wrist Wouldn't stay in place

This item is “one size”. If you are an average-sized female, I recommend getting a different product. This is not adjustable, and it's much too large to be effective for me.

NOT COMPRESSIVE. The size med. is smallest wrist size and is TOO BIG for my normal size lady wrists. Gets uncomfortably cold very fast - yes following instructions.
