Cora 100% Organic Cotton Applicator Tampons, 16 Super / 16 Super Plus, 32 Count

I switched over to Cora tampons a few months ago. They’re pretty nice and their sizes fit well. The only problem I have with these is that most of them come with the string in between the 2 pieces of the plastic applicator. This makes it hard when you end up pushing it in, but the knot then gets stuck at the end between the plastic. I either have to fight to get the knot out while trying to keep the tampon up there, or it ends up coming back out because I can’t get the knot out from between the plastic and I have to push it up there with my fingers then, which defeats the purpose of the applicator. This detail would make the product so much more wonderful and would earn a 5 star review.

The applicator is very difficult to use. i like this brand because they are organic but my goodness the applicator is very difficult to use. I sometimes waste a few to find one that works ok. there not cheap either. Hopefully they improve applicator again.

I used to love the product but this new applicator is absolutely terrible. Even after the plastic pieces are extended and locked, as soon as i start using, it unlocks. I wonder if anyone actually tested the product before shipping to production. I love Cora but this new applicator was disappointing.

I never write reviews, but I waisted several tampons because the applicator doesn’t push the tampon out. I have been wearing tampons for over half my life now, and I could not figure out why these werent working. At one point the “click” of the applicator pinched me in a not so pleasant area. 10/10 do not recommend and will not be purchasing again.

Applicator is entirely useless… it only “inserts” about .75 of an inch… and the tampon won’t slide out. You have to remove the tampon from the applicator and manually insert it. Not fun… designed by idiots.

Wanted to try some new organic products but the applicator on this is terrible! Super hard to use, painful, and I ended up wasting several because they wouldn’t come out of the applicator all the way. I ended up giving up and just used a pad until I could go buy a different brand of tampons.

I really wanted to find a healthier fem hygiene option, but there was about a 50% chance the item would fail to fully deploy. They would randomly get stuck halfway in the applicator. Very frustrating and a waste of money. Product has to be pretty awful for me to leave a bad review.

Worse applicator ever. The tampon didn’t want to come out of the tube like it was too tight and the applicator kept coming apart so you couldn’t even insert the tampon. Will not purchase again.

They have a new applicator that doesn’t work. It won’t insert the tampon the whole way. Wasted several tampons trying to see if it could work somehow, but it doesn’t. I really loved this brand before the applicator change. I hope they change it back and indicate they’ve done so on the packaging. Otherwise, I won’t buy these again.

They changed the applicator and it is absolutely useless. The applicator does not push it in all the way. It only pushes it about 1/4 of the way out. I try to reassemble the applicator to push it in further and it falls inside the other part of the applicator completely and I can’t even use it anymore. I had to throw one away and try another one and in trying that one I just ended up taking the tampon out of the applicator and manually inserting it. Very disappointed and will be buying a different brand unless they go back to the other applicator that worked just fine!
