I have PCOS and suffer from heavy menstrual cycles. Before I bought these, I was waking up every 1-2 hours in a mess and having to get up to change everything. These are similar to a Depends, however, they are super comfortable. I've been using these for about a year and have never experienced a leak. They hold so well and I can sleep in my normal positions without worrying I will leak.

I have a very heavy cycle. When my menstrual was on I couldn’t sleep comfortably scared that I was going to leak thru and mess up my bed. Up every hr changing just a hassle! However these are life changing. No leaks, no mess….honestly don’t stop making them. They are a girls best friend ❤️.

Heavy period game changer! My periods have gotten significantly heavier after having babies and these disposable underwear protect my pjs, sheets, and mattress. I wear these to bed on my heaviest period days and I’ve never had a leak with these. They truly do absorb a ton. I always make sure to have these stocked in my bathroom now.

I wear these all day long and yes, I switch them out throughout the day and they are so easy to put on so comfortable to wear, and they are very exhort. You could have any flow throughout your menstruation and it will hold it. I have not found something that has the Reliability these women, I do not sleep on this product. I’m so happy that these came in bigger sizes for plus size because I had been wanting to try period panties. They definitely gave adult diaper vibes when first pulling one out of the box. They also have a light scent that isn’t bad. When I put these on they felt so comfortable. Didn’t feel like how you would imagine wearing a diaper would feel. They literally felt comfortable like underwear! I have bad fibroids and PCOS and don’t sleep well on my heaviest nights due to being concerned about leaking. HONEY!!! I wore these all night with a heavy flow with no leaks whatsoever and slept great. These saved my life seriously! My only wish is that they would come in a larger quantity.

I'm going through menopause so I have been having a lot of accidents. I never know when I'm going to start. These are perfect I have been wearing them every night and have not leaked once. I also wear them when I'm out and about they are comfortable. I plan on using them.

Let me just say at 37 years old, had I known about these earlier in life I would never buy pads or tampons again. I am a heavy bleeder, like HEAVY. These I can function in life and sleep peacefully without leaks. Ladies don’t sleep on this!!!

I thought these would look more like underwear, but they reminded me of those disposable hospital gowns instead. It's designed for nighttime use, so I guess it doesn't matter, but they did have a diaper like appearance and fit, especially in the gusset. The waist area was fairly smooth, and unlike other products, these were non irritating to the skin. That alone makes them worth it. The waist was stretchy enough to accommodate my hips, but the gusset was really "baggy" and didn't conform to skin like underwear would. However, I didn't worry when I slept. It stretched and moved with me. I keep a box of these in case I run out of my regular products. Let's face it, sometimes we get busy and forget to stock up.

Like the idea of these but the way they fit is so weird. They fit good in the front but the back is almost a thong because its so slim.... i am constantly picking a wedgie out. Please fix the back sizing. Little too spendy for the amount you get

i bought the largest size. barely fit even though i was in the middle of suggested weight. it leaked. covered less than overnight pads. but it did not rip or fall off. maybe smaller women would have better luck with them.
