prints only in b%26w. sometimes the app doesn't load my gallery right away and I have to click around or restart the app which, at most takes extra time and effort. all in all though, it does always work and i am impressed with being able to print clear, quality pictures from my cell phone anytime, anywhere. it's something I don't mind showing others and recommending!

This is exactly what I expected for $29. Keep an open mind and don’t expect champagne from a beer budget. It’s cute and fun and I am brand new to learning about all this inkless, thermal, portable printing stuff. I bought this out of curiosity and to see what I love and could live without features!

This little printer is awesome! So easy to use. Was even easier to set up connection to phone. It also comes with a feature that lets you create QR code labels that you can log on the app to put on your moving boxes so all you have to do is scan the QR code to know what’s packed in the box!

I was leery, based on some of the reviews. The app isn't perfect, but if I can figure it out anyone can. Read where people were able to print on first day, but then couldn't later - so I tested on 2 days and had no problems at all. I installed the app on my android tablet (Samsung Tab A9 Model SM-X110, bought in late 2024). Highly recommend for value and size. Will be using this on a vacation with grandkids so they can print out photos each day to paste into their journals.

I am grateful for this item! It is easy to use and my children love the quick print option! I have created name writing practice sheets for my preschool child and she loved it.

When I first received this package, I was surprised, even at the size of the box it was shipped in! This guy is TINY! But it is one of those wonderful things that come in a small package, because it packs a PUNCH! It was very easy to set up. I first tried it with the regular paper, and then I realized it had a roll of sticker paper with it, which opened up a whole new world of creativity! It is nice that it has a companion app. I do believe the app is a requirement to use it…but it would be extremely difficult to format and create things if not! This absolutely makes the process easier, and is like having software for it. It also has templates, which is cool! The app is easy to navigate, and you can customize your creations. I do wish you could use features such as sideways text for longways stickers (like the photographed labels I made). If there is an option for that, I missed it. But no worries, as you can use another app to create what you want, with your text oriented, font picked, and then upload it as a photo! That's how I made my name labels. It's super cool that this thing just doesn't need ink! Not ever! Thermal technology is awesome! Ink is so inconvenient and adds an extra cost. And installing it! So glad to be skipping that! And I love how easy it is to just throw this guy in my bag between home and the office. It makes a sound when printing, but nothing obnoxious. It's like a much, MUCH quieter receipt printer. And speaking of receipts, that's kind of what it reminded me of when I used the normal paper. I am hoping to find more inspiration to use that paper for. The stickers have been the useful ones so far. You can also buy colored paper online, and even holographic and clear! Ultimately this is a five star product, and any downsides could easily be addressed in an app update, making the product itself perfect. Oh and…THAT COLOR!!! I love hot pink!

Basically, you get what you pay for. I spent more time fighting with the janky and unintuitive Chinese software than I did printing anything. The preset options are very limited and the design feature hardly works right and takes more time trying to get it to do what you want then it saves. When I did manage to print anything out comes out pixelated and grainy looking - even when it's just printed text. I'd say this is good for children but not for anything you want to look remotely professional

It's very cute. And really simple set up and straightforward and it's very compact like fit in my bag compact! However it's says it's compatible with iOS however when I try to connect it says not supported I will try again. On my laptop! I'm sure it'll work out. I'm just disappointed it did connect to my iPhone.

chsrged printer, then downloaded app. I was so excited to use it. The app was not very easy to use, no instructions on using it, it was just tapping on each icon to try and figure it out. There were tons of images and different templates. But trying to figure out how to add text to the images was so confusing. Then to make things worse, when I went to print, the paper was coming out without an image, blank. Still waiting on response from the company to address my issues with their product. Its a shame, because the printer is compact, 2 rolls of paper, 3 rolls of sticker paper and very reasonable price. Just doesn't print your projects. Tried 4 times and was tiered of wasting paper

Would not print. I connected the device to my phone, but every time I tried to print, it would prompt me to connect again. Once connected, it would go back to the print screen, so I would try to print again, and it would prompt me to connect (again). I thought it didn't have enough battery, so I left it to charge overnight. Same issue. So, this morning, I cleared the app cache and memory, uninstalled the app, made my phone forget the printer, turned off both devices while I brushed my teeth, turned them both back on, reconnected them from scratch, tried again - same problem. I'm returning it. I do really like the idea still, so I'll be buying another mini thermal printer. Just, not this one.
