Great product at a fantastic price. This is the 2nd pair I have purchased.
These are IMHO the best pruners I have used these forever and they are still great, easy cut,and sturdy.
Solid product. Comfortable to use.
Delivery was fast and Corona are the best garden tools!
very well built, solid and very sharp to prune branches of 1/2 inch without using a lot of force
Great tool
This is my second Corona 1-inch Heavy-Duty Bypass Pruner. The first one, which I have had for over 10 years is still in working condition but the plastic on the handles is worn. These will easily cut through most limbs up to 1 inch. If taken care of properly, stored in a dry place and oiled, they should last a long time. The current listed price at Walmart is about $2.00 lower than other places I shopped.
Corona knows what they are doing in a solid workhorse pruner. These are solidly made, no-nonsense, and if you don't lose them, will perform for years. I purchased a replacement pair as my previous set are missing after five years and nothing else cuts like a set of corona's. Weed clearing, tree pruning, these do the job. And the latchy thing isn't forever falling into place preventing you from making a cut by obstructing the set from closing or from accidentally latching them shut. The handle grippies don't come off all the time either. These are a very worthwhile investment. I tend to have to hack junk volunteer elm trees so the one inch are important. I do have a few hand issues but have plenty strength to go around with these, because they do deliver 'cut'. No side play either when you bite into the branch. Cheaper types often twist that way and otherwise go to junk immediately. These stay on the mark. Use a set of Corona's once and you'll wonder why you ever bought the cheapy junky ones.
This is a heavy duty pair of pruners. The weight is a little more than I expected, but it cuts easily through half inch branches. These pruners have a comfortable Corona classic feel. I like them.
Purchased because they say 1" pruner. I usually cut small branches with small snips and larger with 3' loppers. I needed to trim Crape Myrtle branches and thought I could use these and not use loppers. I tried to trim 1/2" branches. The snips get stuck half way through. Finally worked when I squeezed with 2 hands. I cut the same branches with my rusty old pair so I returned the Corona snips. I hate to sound sour and write a terrible review so they will cut twigs and small branches but nothing near 1".
