Corsair HS55 Wireless Core Gaming Headset Wireless Audio or Bluetooth for PC, PS5, PS4 Mobile - Gray

I honestly usually avoid pricey headsets and ussually get more affordable options but I was recommended by a local walmart associcate get a more expensive option than usual. I had asked as i was having issues with headsets constantly going out. i usual experience problems quickly with areas: the mic, the sound (going out), and the headset coming failing. I was explained that this is mostly likely due to the lower priced items not being meant for repeated long play sessions. So far it doing well. it also have great spacial sound quality and pickup sound well. i very much like that you can adjust your mic volume individually from the overall sound volume. It is also very comfortable. i usuall think headset make my ears sore but not this one. its adjustable and the over ear area swivels so it feels like it conform to my head comfortably for use.

Honestly great headset had for a little over a year now I play games regularly ( about 5 hours a day) And it's yet to let me down great battery life great sound great coushing on the ears. The only thing I could think bad about it is the mic I wish I could take it off but that just nit picking 9/10 headset.

Bought May 9th, 2025. 5 months later (October 2, 2025) the extremely flimsy plastic band that goes over the top of your head has broken. A few weeks ago I had to hot glue the ear pads back on. Love being able to go back and forth between PC and blue tooth on my phone, but dang this thing is fragile. Duct tape applied and is kind of holding things together.

Corsair is known for quality electronics, I can't complain about the sound,as it is good on these headphones. What I don't like, and is a problem on every use, is that I have no idea if the microphone is on or not unless I test it with Windows audio recorder or ask my colleagues, "can you hear me?" There is a button to turn it on or off, or it shuts off when the microphone is in the lift position; but there is no indicator of when it is on or off. They put colored lights to indicate whether the headphones were reading from Bluetooth or from the USB dongle, can they put one on to say if the microphone is on or not? Very annoying!

This headset lasted me 5 months before it decided to crack and fully break at the piece that holds the ear piece on, I'm very ocd with my stuff and keep everything well taken care of! However just now as I got up to go to the bathroom I gently tossed my headset maybe 1 1/2 feet to my bed and my headset cracked and broke :/ the sound quality was great, fit was good, but build quality could be better. Hopefully I can get it replaced

Ordered the product through the app for a brand new headset. I went to pick it up and brought it home after work. I open the bag and see that the box has been previously opened as it is torn and retaped. I open the box to find there are no instructions. No manual. The charger cable was just stuffed in there without a care. I was charged full price for a used product and I'm honestly not even interested in testing it as it's been compromised already. Very poor job.

overal comfortable fit and decent volume. downside- disconnects from the dongle and is impossible to get it to reconnect following the step outlined online. i definately recommend going with something different. cost is too expensive for something that doesnt function as designed.

ibwent and ordered then because they said they were compatible with xbox on the website so i bought them they arived woeked perfectly up untiti needed to actually connect then to the xbox they refused ao i started doing some digging and they are not compatible with xbox whatsoever dont buy worthless product

I used these off and on for a few months, and the quality of these is.. abysmal at best. I bought them back in September of '24, and in the nearly one year that I've had them, the ear cups are completely squished to the point they're almost not comfortable, the microphone is either EXTREMELY quiet, to the point nobody can really hear me, or completely broken and breaking people's ears, no in between. Additionally, the head band is cracked in two places, making the headset fit extremely loosely. I most definitely do NOT recommend getting these, as I've had these for far too long, and have had enough.
