I purchased this same 2 step stool for myself about 6 years ago and love the sturdiness of it. When my sister recently moved into Senior Housing I found out she was using a 4-legged tipsy stool to stand on to put her dishes, etc into her top cupboards. I immediately bought this stool for her as a housewarming gift. She was SO grateful. Now I can have piece of mind that she won't tip over and hurt herself!
Seems very sturdy and the steps are wide. Much safer than my kitchen stool where you lift the seat up and have two narrow steps. I like this and it folds up flat and has a rubber grip handle over the whole top. Very good.
This no cheap made stool, super sturdy and stable. Perfect to have downstairs easy fold up, a little weight to it but that's a good thing. Bought this on early Walmart plus sale. In a big hurry and didn't realize I ordered 2, and glad I did one for upstairs now.
Just open and use! Comfy for sitting (I have a bad back) and great for reaching upper cupboards. I am very very happy!
Great little 2 Step Ladder! Just the right help in reaching higher cabinets or shelves. Steps are wide enough for your feet and sturdily built. The main thing I liked as a senior was the fact that it was fully assembled for me.
Very nice step ladder, well built, sturdy construction, easy to store when folded, steps are extra deep for my large feet. Very good purchase decision.
This is an awesome step-stool. It's well-made, sturdy, not too heavy, and easy to use. The lowest step is full size, which is not common these days. Highly recommend.
Finally a well made step stool with a 300 lb. weight limit. I feel safe.
This step ladder is really hard to open. It's not because of a locking feature...but could be because it's new and may get a little easier over time. But for now I have to fight it to get it open. This would be difficult for someone with arthritis or strength issues. Also, for having a 330%23 rating, it seems a little strained when on it and I'm 200%23. I don't think it would collapse but it's slightly creaky and doesn't have that nice solid feel under foot like I've experienced with other stools or ladders. Could be why it was less expensive than other similar styles....but still was a little pricey for a step ladder. 🤔 The padded handle is a nice feature for simple use but when you're actually on the top step it isn't tall enough to really steady you if you were doing overhead work that takes several minutes. Like installing drapery hardware or painting. Also because the handle is curved it takes up storage space and limits where you can store it. I won't return it but I would have considered something different had I known this information.
Steps are not as strong as advertised. Broke within 2 months of regular use, below the listed weight limit.
