The Gopher II Deluxe Pick Up %26 Reaching Aid has become one of my most-used essentials. It’s incredibly helpful for everything from grabbing laundry to reaching high shelves at the grocery store, and it handles all kinds of everyday tasks with ease. The lightweight design makes it comfortable to use, and it’s compact enough to fit right into my travel bag so I can take it anywhere. Whether I’m at home or out running errands, this reacher saves me time, effort, and strain. Truly a practical, reliable tool that I now use every day.

Like that its easy to use and can grip dimes off tile floor and canned goods out of pantry or cabinets with ease. This is the original and best. I have used it when traveling by car or plane to quickly pickup dropped items or unpack groceries from car. Great value for price.

after using this, I'll never use another. I can take canned goods off the top shelf that I can't reach and it just never drops them and it doesn't break. you can twist it to either make it grab sideways or vertical. very easy to use I can pick up quarters and dimes off the floor.

I like that the gripper cups are covered with rubber so that screws don't fall out and cups get lost. I was able to find covered cups only at Walmart. I had one like this for several years. It's still working and the uncovered screw types are long gone.

Giving it 100 stars!!! If you have the standard pick up grabber..throw it away and get these. Since I got my 1st one I'm hooked%%%%%. I now have one in every room and will buy more for gifts. It's light weight and folds for easy storage. Very simple and wonderful to use!!! The other is the plain U shape that won't hold onto most items with any weight of different items. Look at this one bc it's hard to describe. It has extra support inside the U and what looks like rubber suction cups on the ends, only they do NOT suction they give better grip and longer hold of heavier items. They also have a locking mechanism you can use so when you grab something and slide the locking button to lock, it will stay locked until you let go of the grabbing handle. I am in a wheel chair and had to move all my canned goods and other heavier items with more circumference to my counter top. Now I can have so many things back on cabinet shelves. I have been able to pick up SO many more things now. I highly recommend these to every one especially if you have any mobility or movement problems. ♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡

I don't use the gopher a lot; only when I do my laundry, bcoz the washer %26 dryer are so large, I cld get inside it. So I have to use this gopher to pick my clothes %26 laundry items out of the machine. Another use for me is when I shop at Walmart. Some items I want, I could not pick with bare hands. Am petite at 5'2” %26 items are way too high or too far for me to reach. %26 this is light to carry.

My spine is fused completely from top to bottom which makes bending over impossible without getting down on my knees. This product is a life saver. I have one upstairs in my home and one downstairs. I also have purchased them for friends and relatives homes that I frequently visit across the country and stay overnight at. Just so I don’t have to constantly ask them to get something off the floor for me. When I’m gone they just keep it in the guest room closet for me for my next visit. The product works great really easy to use and lasts forever.

I have used several different types of reachers/grabbers and the Gopher is the best. The suction cups grip items firmly but still delicate when necessary. The suction cups are also very durable. While they will deteriorate when used on rough surfaces like concrete and asphalt, the suction cups still have the ability to pick up a blade of grass when the suction cups are ground down almost 50%. Great product! I always buy 2 or 3 at a time.

the opening and closing is good but the suction cups on the end limit some what what you can pick up. It's much better than the other ones I've purchased by a lot because of the aluminum it's produced with and not plastic but it still have a ways to go I think

I have used these for a number of years. The old one broke in the middle so I order two more. The center button is frozen and will not let me un-bend the device. The supplier has discontinued these so a refund from Walmart is the best I can hope for.
