Like however small
I would really recommend this item, but I really would say you need to go bigger than what you really are cause they do fit tight

I have not washed or dryed this t-shirt yet so I am not sure if it will shrink but just tried it on and it fits good. not to crazy about the neck style but that's my fault for not checking to see what neck style it was

Gildan T-Shirt in Gray 100% cotton
Gildan T-Shirt in Gray ordered was a medium but fit like a small and the neck was very tight. The shirt material is 100% cotton (stated) but was flimsy. It was too tight for my husband and I had to return it.
