Cottonelle Ultra Soft Toilet Paper, 24 Mega Rolls

I like this product better than other toilet paper just because it is easier on my skin. I buy it in this quantity cause I’m one person living at home by themselves. It’s easy to carry into my home as I have to put it in a grocery cart to get it up into the elevator to my house.

It doesn't pill or shred like the economy brand. It is the ultimate in comfort. It may cost a little more, but the quality and comfort are worth it! Plus you don't have to spin the roll and use 15 feet. 6 sheets will do the trick. I do live in an older home with narrow pipes, so as a precaution I am only using it in my downstairs bathroom and it flushes fine.

Cottonelle isnt as thick or soft as advertised and I expected. It doesnt clean well %26 typically have to use wet wipes after. I am receiving cancer treatment which causes a lot of GI issues. In othereirds, I spend in bathroom and buy toilet paper every 5 days. Cottonnelle products need to live up to advertisinh

Only soft nothing else shading a lot. I bought this one because of good reviews as I was tired of using Jewel osco brand which was shedding a lot and my bathroom was full with white stuff all over. This is also shading but less then that one. Not going to purchase again

maybe its just me....before covid it was 2 1/2 times bigger ,then it was super small and today i ordered more because my husband loves this toilet paper and it has no ripples it literally looks like rolls of cheap toilet paper..no joke its even smaller than the 30 pack i ordered 3 weeks ago. i had 2 left in the hall closet and seen the difference cottonelle neesa to get their crap together

Extremely disappointed that the quality, softness and durability of Cottonelle has taken a nose dive. The price certainly doesn't reflect the massive drop in quality. It is rough and scratchy, you can tell the difference with the first wipe. Shame on Kimberly-Clark for doing this to their customers. I will never buy it again.

Ok cottonelle… I’ve bought this same item over and over for years. The last order the roll was visibly bigger therefore less paper on the roll and the texture was off. Now this months order- roll is the same larger diameter and the texture is HORRIBLE! I don’t know who you think you are fooling but it literally feels like paper towels now! So disappointing. Why do you think you can get away with this and customers will not switch brands?

You are getting less paper now for a way higher price than during covid. See my pictures during Covid the package said 24=96 had 24 rolls with 284 sheets per roll and I paid $15 plus tax. I bought the same today 24=96 rolls HOWEVER there are only 244 sheets per roll paid $18 plus tax on sale reg $23.

This used to be the best toilet paper but it is now much rougher than it was. I thought I was imagining it at first, but I happened to find an old roll in my home, and the old roll was soft like it was supposed to be. Whatever they’ve done, it’s made the product worse and I’m looking for an alternative.

I bought the 36 mega roll mega pack of cottonelle Ultra Comfort toilet paper and these rolls seemed to be much smaller then the quilted norther megal roll toilet paper that I usually buy. The package states Ultra comfort and it not, comparing it to my regualr go-to brand which is the quilted Northern ultra plush toilet paper; which are 3 ply and this brand is only 2 ply. I realize that is the reason why the mega rolls of the Cottonelle Ultra Comfort Toilet paper aremuch smaller than the mega rolls of the Quilted Northern. It's similar to the a cheaper brand and more like the Angel Saoft cheap toilet paper. Won't be making the mistake of buying Cottonelle toilet paper again.
