Country Life® Vitamins gave me this free product to try. I did warn them that my body processes energy type products differently and almost to no effect, I would like to thank them for letting me try this and see if it would help me but unfortunately it didn't help. Now this doesn't mean the product doesn't work it's not you it's me. B Vitamins are important for the body and this complex hits you from every angle, I can see where this can benefit others with mood and energy needs for the every day stressful like most of America lives. There are enough Vitamins on this product to keep you going all day.

I have been taking coenzyme b-complex for a couple weeks now, I take it in the morning with breakfast and then at lunch time. I haven't had any stomach issues or bad after taste. The pill has a yellow color and a slight smell but it's not bad by any means. I'm a nurse so I work 12hr shifts, I often feel tired and brain fogged but I can say weeks after starting this supplements I've noticed a change on my energy levels. I feel more energized, I can think clearly throughout the day, especially come the afternoon when I was struggling. I also went and got lab test done to check on my cholesterol levels, they were a little elevated so I will recheck them in a couple months to see if the supplement really helped metabolized them. Overall very happy with this coenzyme B-complex! Country Life® Vitamins gave me this free product to try.

Country Life is a superior brand of supplements. However, reviews of vitamins and medicines should not be permitted by shoppers. Only a physician ordered blood test and a questionnaire of progress can determine if a supplement is helping a person who has been instructed or prescribed this supplement. This supplement is essential for the brain health of a patient who suffered a seizure fighting forest fires.

I have taken this brand of B vitamins for many years. I like that they have all the B vitamins plus ingredients that support overall health for women.

While taking it I noticed a big increase in my energy and mood. I like that the packaging is an amber glass bottle which other brands don't do. I plan on making this a part of my daily supplement regiment.

I imagine it would either stay level or build up if I took them longer. Second, yes, they turned my urine a BRIGHT yellow...no big deal, just curious as to what ingredient would cause that. Overall, if they were on sale or I had a really good coupon, then I would buy them on my own m I would recommend them for those who have exhausted many other methods of trying to increase their energy.
