Been using the stuff since i was 21. Im now 57 and upped my dose to three tabs a day. In the olden days, that many daily tabs only made my hair worse; dont overdo them but like I said Im now on three a day with a two day turnover to see results. Excellent stuff!

I have been taking this product after the Olay vitamins was discontinued. I just started taking Swansons' Brand Hair Skin and Nails with this the results are incredible. Try them the results are not immediate when you first them within two -three months to see the great results. These along with Swansons Hair Skin and Nails are better the GNC Ultra Nourishair.

Took the pills for just a month and didn't realize any growth. After 2 and half months, the lady that always does my hair noticed a growth and thickness and asked what I had done. Told her my secret and now she wants some too. So I have to buy some her and more for me since I am almost out!!! And reasonably price.

I love the way that your nails and hair grow, but the reason not for 5 stars is why they include on ingredients MALTOXEDRIN is equal to table sugar and we all know how sugar damage the body. Please remove this harmful from your ingredients.

I purchased this vitamin to achieve thicker, fuller hair. After 2 months of usage I noticed faster nail growth, after 3 months of usage faster hair growth. My nails are in the same condition as before I started taking vitamins, which was good anyway. There are no signs of new hair growth, skin is in same good condition as before. In conclusion, this is a good multivitamin for the price, but does not help with thicker, fuller hair. Your hair/ nails might grow faster, but this is not what I was looking for. I am done with my supply and will not re-order in the near future.
