I had my gallbladder removed at 85 y.o. Shortly afterward bile acid discharged into my intestines was irritating them to the point of pain and diarrhea. This product helped heal them. Also I started taking a powerful fat digestive enzyme which reduced the amount of fat hitting my intestines and thus reduced the amount of bile released also. So together with the ox bile concentrate and the Power-Dophilus I am much better and working at balancing the two products to remain problem free. A good thing also is that the Country Life product comes in a glass bottle which protects its potency. Very good and effective!

great quality and size. No gelatin and dairy ingredients. I love it! I had an acute gut problem so I changed the dosage to 2 x 2 although that could affect your digestion. Works best with olive leaf extract and grapefruit seed extract. Excellent package material.

Have been taking this for a couple of days now, take it in the morning before breakfast (empty stomach) and have no digestive issues doing this. I do seem to be passing less gas since I've started taking it! It says to take one with each meal, but right now I am only taking the one in the morning.

I've been using power dophilus for about a year now. I started mainly because I wasn't getting enough gut support through my diet AND am I suffer from eczema breakouts, but it has stabilized. not sure if it really is the lactobacillus rhamnosus working, but this specific strain is apparently helpful to eczema sufferers. I find that taking this has really improved my overall immune. I don't fall sick anymore. prior to taking probiotics, I used to fall sick every other month (especially during stressful periods).
