I can tell the difference.
This is not my first time to purchase, but I can tell the difference when I do not take these - and can tell the difference when I do. Good product. - Directions say to take 2 in the morning + 2 at lunch - but I forget sometimes and take 1 or 2 before bed (without food) and it never bothered me.
