CoverGirl Perfect Point Plus Eyeliner: Midnight Blue #220

THEE best eyeliner I've come across in ages. I've been using L'oreal(sic), Amay and Neutrogena eyeliners because I couldn't settle on one I really like. Either they've too hard to remove, run or wear off easy, but this one is a keeper. Love the easy application, but stays put. Easy to remove. The richness of the colors really stands out. I love how it makes my small eyes stand out!

Have used this product for several years. The color is wonderful at enhancing my blue eye color 💙 I’ve received many compliments on my eye makeup, especially how well they work together.

The only eyeliner that I will use. I have been using this same brand for years. I wanted to add a different color to my palette so tried this Espresso and it is beautiful. Perfect for this upcoming fall and the autumn colors I will be wearing. A nice change from my traditional black. These pencils last a long time, easy to hold and handle, they are adjusted manually by just simply turning and clicking into place. Easy breezy, no sharpeners or anything to worry with and nice plastic caps on each end to protect and keep clean. My make-up must have. I will highly recommend to anyone.

This is a 10/10 one of my favorite makeup items from walmart. the exact color is amazing and it applies extremely well. i’ve been using this for about 4 years now daily and it’s one of my favorite walmart purchases. i would rate this a 10/10 it’s one of the most amazing makeup items from walmart! i definitely 10 out of 10 recommend for its quality.

I’ve been using this product for years. I especially love the expresso shade. Very easy to apply as it glides on smoothly. The only thing about this eye liner is it tends to always smudge underneath my eyes, even though I only apply on the top eyelid.

I've tried nearly every brand of eyeliner Walmart carries and several from brands online and still haven't found that one go-to dark brown eyeliner. With this one, the color was right, and i liked the smoothness.It glided without any color skipping, but I need all day color and this one had no staying power. Within a hr, it was gone but I gave it to my friend. she wanted its because its creates the same size precision line she uses on her eyebrows.

The color does not go on easily. It is too hard to spread a line. I'm in the process of trying to get a refund,

Unfortunately, it must be dried out or empty. I was unable to get any eyeliner to come out of the pen itself. The packaging was not damaged or ruined but there was no actual eyeliner in the pen to twist out.

I got this. Eyeliner for. My waterline. It doesn’t show up at. All. It’s like hard waxy, and just does absolutely nothing z even. When I tried to put it on my wrist and draw a line. It just doesn’t show up. Waste of money.

I bought this eyeliner twice because I just love the color and how easily slides on, but I believe they are defective because they only work for about a week and then unable to twist anymore, also small pieces/ fragments of the eyeliner fall out. So disappointed ☹️
