Cra-Z-Art Cotton Candy Maker Machine with Accessories

The directions are not easily comprehensible(quite confusing actually) nor user friendly. It turned on for a moment and stopped. Had to return and did not try for another unit.

Should have read more of the reviews, for $43 and everything extra it's not worth it, which the extra stuff had to order from Amazon. Suction cups don't work appropriately, had to add extra sugar for even a grapefruit size amount, burns sugar fast. Can't return it now. Read the reviews before buying!!!!

I purchased this cotton candy maker as a birthday gift for my niece, and it turned out to be a terrifying experience. She used it one time, and the machine started short-circuiting and sparking. Imagine if there had been no adult around—this product is unsafe, poorly made, and should not be sold. Absolutely NOT RECOMMENDED.

Highly disappointed. If I could give this 0 stars I would. Gave this to my daughter for a Christmas present and went to make cotton candy…. It started making an extremely loud noise “heating up” then starting smelling like it was burning… after 1 minute it shut off. Made sure everything to connected properly, plugged in… turned it off then back on.. same thing. It does not work. My daughter is so upset wondering why Santa gave her a broke. Cotton candy machine for Christmas.

Be carful when buying this product from Walmart, the cotten candy machine was clearly used still had sugar granules in it, the wrong cord that would not allow it to come on. I bought a stow cone from Walmart this summer and it was also used and broken. Walmart are putting returned items back on the shelf without checking the contents first.

I was so excited to get this cotton candy maker machine to spend time with my grandchildren and it worked for two minutes and then it stopped and it hasn't worked since and I have tried to get hold of the company that made it. They've never returned my calls or sent emails. It's a huge waste of money no do not waste your money and shame on Walmart for not helping at all, you can't contact Walmart. You have to contact the company from China. Well, good luck with that. No do not waste your money.!

First of all, it was missing the scoop. Decided to keep it anyway. The first time we used it, it worked great. My 4yo was able to scoop up her own cotton candy. It makes very little at a time, but I dont mind that because we only want a small amount at a time. I really loved how easy it was to take it apart to clean and put it back together again. However, the second time we used it, it made very little cotton candy and mostly just threw out the grains of sugar. most of it landed in the bowl but also got on the table and floor. I definitively wouldn't recommend getting this. im just glad we're still within the return window.

Definitely not worth it!! Element doesn't melt the (recommended) sugar to achieve the fluffiness cotton candy is famous for!!!! Leaves a crunchiness my kids are not fond of

I can't speak to the quality of the product because it doesn't come with the sugar needed. Yes I should have read closer and saw it said it was not included, but I remembered getting one of these kits as a kid that came with the sugar and just assumed this was the same. I can't even buy the sugar at ANY store locally. I have to order it online. So BE AWARE that it doesn't come with the sugar and make sure you can get some before buying it.

We plugged this product in and followed the instructions to a T, it ran long enough to do ONE stick of cotton candy and then the motor burned up. Had it on for about 8 to 10 minutes total. Only used the stick to capture candy for about 3 minutes. The candy melted and stuck to the edges of the motor , hardened up and I assume caused the motor to crash or it overheated. Very poor quality. Hoping to return and find something better for our daughter's birthday sleepover party.
