We purchased these clear plastic mats to place underneath the cloth placemats (18.5" x 13") on our wood-topped dining room table. Because the plastic mats have an actual size of 17.5" x 12", they fit completely under the cloth placemats. The plastic mats did not move around at all on the tabletop during normal dining use, and the cloth placemats stayed in place on top of the plastic mats. We wanted plastic mats under the cloth mats so that condensation wetness from drinking glasses would not seep through and create water spots on the wooden tabletop. These plastic mats worked absolutely fine for this purpose. These plastic mats have enough thickness to be semi-rigid but are virtually unnoticeable when underneath the cloth mats. Thus, they worked out just as we hoped, providing protection for the tabletop without being noticeable during meals.
It is exactly what I was looking for. I needed something clear, plastic, and a specific width to protect the windowsill where I place my indoor plants and these are perfect!
They are just on my table to keep my tablecloth clean. It is just me but I want my tablecloth to look nice and accidents happen so I use these and they are perfect. My table is small and I want it clean. thank you

Each protective may is made of thicker but durable material. Excellent for being used as place mats or ANY project to protect the surface.

This is exactly as described. I wanted to use it under plants we have on a side table. Easy to clean, good size, not visible and non-permeable.

It works well in the kitchen it holds a lot of soap . Sand I love that th spout is long enough so that it hangs over the container , no soap dripping down th front of the bottle .
they look frosted white in the advertisement picture, but when i got them, they were completely clear, see through
