These crayons have a different texture. They color like crayons, but they seem almost chalky. The colors do stand out on construction paper, but they don't stand out like paint, We have fun playing with them. Look carefully at the colored images Walmart provided. Some colors stand out better than others. We liked the overall effect. They are just a bit pricey for the amount of colors you get.

My kids love that they can color on black paper with these. I was impressed with how vibrant the colors are.

Good Choice
My daughter was thrilled with these, they showed up very nicely on her construction paper. We've never been disappointed with a Crayola product.

Best Crayon Colors *Ever*
I've colored a fair bit in my lifetime, and these crayon colors take the cake. I happened upon these on the coloring book/craft aisle, and the box said that they worked on construction paper. They delivered FAR beyond my expectations! My 3 year old loves them the most. They're vibrant, fun colors and are so smooth. I've bought another box for more fun! Probably won't get any others besides these from now on.

Amazing crayons! Work on pumpkins too!
We love these crayons! My 18 month old used them to color on pumpkins for Halloween. The colors are bold, bright and they don't even smudge on pumpkins! We also use them in coloring books. I'm going to let her try them on Easter eggs next. Love them so much, I already got a backup box.

Overall good crayon product
I picked out these crayons for my seven year old daughter because of the bold and bright colors. The result on paper was a bit mixed. Most of the colors were bold and bright but some were better than others. Overall, the crayons were a hit though and she does like them.

Arrived a mess!
Crayons are probably fine but the packaging was careless and it arrived late. I hate to return because I fear itll be one more item in a landfill but I'd prefer a product that actually looks new to give as a gift!

Many broken crayons, not giftable.
At least 6 crayons were broken. Packaging was not protective. This was for a gift so this box of crayons was not usable.
