Did not receive

I bought these online to be picked up from the store for the price they were in the store which was $1. I was buying several dollars of school supplies. However, it showed up that this item would need to be shipped. They were sent via fed x (why???) and I was charged $7.29. Tried to call costumer service 6 times and each time was disconnected from the call. They took my number to call me back in the event we were disconnected and I never was called back. Disappointed Walmart customer service.
