Beautiful beading kit for kids!
I bought this bead kit as a birthday gift for my 8 year old granddaughter. She has other beading sets but I thought this one was unique because the beads resemble glass beads and the colors are absolutely beautiful. Since she is getting older I figured she would like a more mature looking beading kit. She seemed to really like it.

Large variety, good colors!
Lots of different colors, all in a similar size that fit together. I've made several necklaces and bracelets with this so far. Would be a great gift for teens that love to create!

Was exactly like photo. A nice kit but as far as learning about color theory..its a bit lacking in that department. It comes with a color theory wheel and each bead has a color it's named after/attached to, however there's maybe 1-2 beads that come in separate little packets and they aren't technically on the color wheel or have a name ect. Its definitely made for kids and teens, which I knew of course. I'm 37 and I still have enjoyed making lots of bracelets and hopefully can learn to make some other jewelry and creations with this kit. The bead quality is about what you'd expect so it's definitely not super trashy or cheap. One issue I have with some of the beads is because some of them have a metallic or other type of coating and after wearing them on bracelets for a few days, I did notice the coating on the metallic ones did rub off.

I'd definitely recommend this for older kids just due to the size of the beads. Some are tiny and hard to string for younger kids, my 8 year old had trouble with some.
