This is a good quality product. There are limited colors, but other kits come with more. My only complaint would be there are only illustrations for making the bracelets and no written directions to clarify. Fortunately, I know someone who has made them and could teach me.

I contacted the manufacturer to see if they would send the tools. They refused too and claimed I had received a counterfeit product from Walmart Website. Told me to get REFUND from Walmart. Very dissatisfied for the lack of help %26 follow up in this matter.
