Crayola Watercolor Pencil Set, 24-Colors

I bought this crayola watercolor pencil for my children and I bought an artist grade watercolor pencil set which costed over 2x price of the Crayola watercolor pencils. I used both sets together with and without water and they both work the same.

Crayola has always been my first choice in crayons, markers and color pencils . These color pencils are excellent and easy to use.

Shipped fast %26 arrived in perfect condition. This is great for an almost “mess free” water color experience for kids %26 adults. You can use them a few different ways but we like using them to draw %26 then paint over with water. For better water color blending, be sure to add shading before painting. Personally recommended for family with kiddos %26 will be purchasing again.

My granddaughter was so excited to get these. They arrived sooner than expected and were not at all damaged in shipping.

My daughter loved making some art with these watercolor pencils. It was a fun experience for her to try a different watercolor painting method that lets her draw first. They make painting time easier to clean up than the typical watercolor paints.

My daughter's teacher had these for her class. Decided to get my daughter a set of her own. You wet them and color with them and they become water colors. You do have to constantly wet them though. We did have some other off brand color pencils that we tried wetting and they also colored like water colors. So try your other color pencils first before buying these.

Arrived undamaged and colors are basic but bright.

We have tried multiple methods in using these watercolor pencils. The first method is to color like a regular pencil and then add water with a brush onto that drawing. The other use is to get the pencil wet and draw with it wet. We aren't the most artistic people and I was not that impressed with the “watercolor” results
