This box is the same mold as the old Jammers car case, which is excellent for storing 1:64 scale toy cars. Each side has 22 1.5" x 3" cells and one 1.5" x 6" cell, for those odd shaped items. Each side has its own door, so there's no need to lift out a loaded shelf, like with some other organizers. The transparent case allows you to see what's inside without having to open it. The only downside is that some diecast cars often turn themselves upside down whenever you move the box, but most craft supplies will not have that problem. Each cell has a notch between it and the cell above and below, so this box would not be good for loose beads or other very small items.

I'm told that this case used to sell as a hot wheels diecast car storage case. I collect those little cars, and I got couple of these cases for loose cars I have in my collection. They. Work. Great. I'll be ordering a couple more. Cars will still move around inside, but at least they'll be protected from chipped paint.

I don't know how I missed this when I have looked at storage boxes for thread spools, but thank goodness I finally saw it. Even using another plastic storage box with spool spindles, my thread became a messy pile of spools. These boxes with individual compartments are fantastic, and very well made! I can keep my thread organized by colors, see if I have a back-up spool of the same color, and I can even put the bobbin in the compartment with the thread. I now have three of these and I can't imagine using anything else.

I have been looking for this item for a long time. I found it at Walmart at a great price. I can see all of my thread and keeps it from getting tangled up and from getting dusty. I would highly recommend this item. Thanks Walmart!!

I had these when my sons were little for their hot wheels, I started a collection again with my grand kids and couldn't find these anymore but while searching the web a recommendation popped up for sewing were the same cases I had over 20 yrs ago, they are great and inexpensive wish I could get more retailers to feature these buy their hot wheels toys dept! Love them

My husband collects Matchbox and Hotwheels and these clear cases are absolutely perfect for storing them and allow him to see what is inside each case. They used to be sold as car cases but not anymore.

I found one at a thrift store full of hot wheels! So excited. I looked for another one in stores, and on line, but it was always a different size. Finally found this here and in stock, so I got 2. They are perfect for hot wheels collection.

My son uses these to store his die cast cars. They work wonderfully! Purchased some a few years ago and purchased more a week or so ago. Very durable!

This is a great thread organization & thread storage tool in one! It holds 48 regular size spools of thread along with a it's matching bobbin in ea. separated spot or you can put two small spools in ea spot. Very sturdy clear plastic which allows you to see colors of thread without opening box. Easy to take along to retreats or classes. Only gave rating of 4 stars instead of 5 because I have had box for only 3 weeks. Not long enough to see how well the clasps holding lids shut on ea side hold up/stay clicked shut. Does appear to be quite sturdy though.
