Sauder Sewing/Craft Cart, Cinnamon Cherry Finish

This sewing table is awesome. My son put it together in about one hour and it is just the best addition to my sewing center. I love how it closes up for a tidy look and how large an area for sewing when open. Lots of space underneath, great little drawers for notions and three larger drawers on the right side. It serves my purpose and looks good for the money. I also own a white Sutter desk that matches nicely in the room.

Assembly is important here, make sure you know where YOU want the 'locking wheels' for maximum effect of stabilization. Locks must be in front so you can turn them on and off. Make sure the self-locking fasteners are twisted to fully locked position making the wooden pieces come together firmly. No glue is necessary. Aligning the cabinet box and making sure the 'finish' white facing forward is also critical. The bottom can be fastened either way. As far as functionality goes, this table is perfect. Its design is comfortable and adjustable. Be careful to close the double door while holding the extension leaf to the left so it doesn't scrape the door and leaf. Also, DO NOT SCREW THE SCREWS ALL THE WAY IN ON THE LEAF CATCH LOCATED ON THE EDGE OF THE DOUBLE DOOR. THE SCREWS WILL POP THROUGH THE OTHER SIDE THAT FACES FORWARD. WIFE LOVES IT.

the table arrived ahead of scheduled date in perfect condition!!! Im 40 yrs old and i put this together by myself using a phillups screwdriver in about 5 hrs. i am very pleased with the table. looks beautiful and is very efficient storage for sewing machine and supplies. it is sturdy and i can sew without any issue or wiggling. also i really like the height of this table. other sites sell this table for 200+ dollars. so if your looking for a sewing table you cant go wrong with this one!!!

I absolutely love this table! I have it set up in our living room in our one bedroom apartment so it's a cramped space and I have a small corner for my sewing. When this table is fully open I feel like I have my own custom made space compared to trying to sew on our ottoman. I got the dark wood so it matches the rest of our furniture and it's got beautiful markings and the knobs match wonderfully. The shelves and the organizing racks are great for me to be able to keep all of my things at an arms length with out having to search and dig. Mine did have a small dink in it and while I was putting it together it did bother me but now it's assembled I barely notice it. I assembled it myself and with the right space I was in it took me about 2 hours trying to figure out how to rotate everything so I had room to hammer. I recommend this for anyone especially people who don't have a lot of space, this has wheels so you can pull it out and open it and sew and then close it all up and roll it back!

Just put this together yesterday. Seems good quality for the price, and we really like how it expands for work (two doors swing out), but folds back together for storage. The pine color is a nice, a neutral color that matches with other furniture and hardwood. Overall, a well designed piece of furniture, excellent for a sewing desk or a arts & crafts table.

This sewing table works perfectly in my studio. I've assembled lots of furniture and this was very easy. It took me some time, maybe 3 hours as any furniture assembly does, but goes together well. I did not want to spend a lot for this piece, and am very happy with my purchase. It was shipped very quickly as well.

I am always a bit nervous when I order something online based on the picture that is shown. However, when I actually saw the fully assembled product, I was amazed how sturdy and attractive it really is! Every piece for assembly was there and all cam and screw markings drilled accurately. I assembled it myself (a 69 year old granny) and as the very well written instructions indicated, all that is required is a Phillips screwdriver and a hammer. I love my new Sauder craft/sewing table!

This is a great table. There are a lot of pieces that come with it. It definitely will take some time to put this together. On the left side of the table, you cannot put anything too heavy on it. The left side, when open, is only held with the door. I am leaving this open all the time, so I am choosing to build something to keep the support level on the left side. Overall, I am happy.

I'm a perfectionist so I was a little disappointed when the doors didn't line up perfectly. The holes were predrilled so there was no changing them and we were too far into the project to return. If I can get past staring at that it's a perfect addition to my sewing room. Probably no one else will even notice.
