I made a large hot pad with insul-bright for a 9X13 casserole dish. It kept my counter cool even with the dish coming right out of the oven. Insul-Bright is great for bowl cozies, too.

We loved our new mini refrigerator. We purchased a Frigidaire refrigerator from Lowes for one thousand dollars, and after seven months it quit completely. We woke up on December twenty-first with everything in the fridge ruined. We called the Frigidaire company and was told that it was completely covered, and a repairman would be out the next day between nine and five p.m. to repair it. I am writing this today, the fifth of January and no person has come to fix our product. It is miserable to do without a refrigerator, so I ordered a new mini one from Walmart. I was informed that it would arrive on Thursday the ninth of January but lo and behold it showed up on the fourth. Thank God! We missed Christmas and New Years because we could not cook and put any thing away in the food department. Miserable time! Our new mini refrigerator is excellent for our needs at the moment. Thank you Walmart!! Excellent service and product!

This is a wonderful product, easy to cut, easy to sew with (machine and hand), and it gives added interfacing to what you're using it for. I make pot holders for fund raisers, and I wouldn't think of making them without Insul-Bright. It does its job well, and the fact there isn't any right or wrong side to it makes it fool-proof. A yard of this same material costs $7.99 at a fabric chain store, so this a wonderful price as well.

First time using this and I absolutely love working with it. It makes my projects lightweight but yet protects my products that I'm using for.

This is my go-to batting when I make pot holders and fabric trivets/hot pads. It's easy to measure, cut and sew. The loft is perfect for my needs.

The product is thicker than most battings, so it made it harder for me to use. I had to use a feed dog foot to get it to work. However, that being said, it does keep the casserole hotter longer. The finished product looks really nice. I would recommend this if you really want to have what ever it is you are making, heat proof. I plan to make pot holders with the remainder of the Insul-Bright and anything else I can think of. :-D
