my 7 year old niece loved this, I've been loom knitting for a while and my niece is starting to get curious about doing it herself. I feel like this is a decent price and you get one loom, some yarn and the instructions on how to complete a project, pretty good for a beginner kit.

My granddaughter loved this and had so much fun making a crazy hat ( as she calls it). She loved the bright colors and learning the process. She wants more yarn to make her BFF a matching hat.

This loom kit comes with everything that you need to make a pompom hat and a cup cozy. There is a large plastic loom, 2 rainbow pompoms, rainbow yarn, knitting hook, felt patch, plastic needle, needle threaders and instructions. The only additional item you will need to complete these projects are scissors. The instructions were a little difficult for my 12 year old son to understand on his own. Once I got him started though he was able to quickly make the cup cozy completely on his own. Its very much like knitting or crocheting but made much easier for little hands with the use of the loom. My 6 and 8 year old have both taken turns with working on a hat and they are both able to do it without help now. They caught on very quickly to how to move the yarn over each other to make the loops. I know my kids will be using this to make a lot more projects!

I am a long time crafter and I will honestly say that I have never mastered knitting. I just can't get it right and it takes too long. I have always wanted one of these looms to knit on and I have to say this thing is perfect! Don't think like I did and think that you only have to knit in the round and make hats. Hat's are fantastic, but a matching scarf is cool, too! I went to YouTube and watched a few videos which will teach you everything you need to know about using the loom. Load all the prongs if you want to make a hat, but only the prongs you want to make a flat scarf. In my photo, I am showing how I started a scarf and the 3 rows I knit took just seconds to do. This kit comes in a nice box, perfect for gift giving, and it comes with everything you need, including some yarn. My Kids are so excited about getting this, we are just waiting for Yarn to go on sale so we can make some scarves for winter. Anyone can use this Quick Knit Loom, get one, it's a lot of fun!

says for age 7 and up. Even 10 year olds couldn't do it. too hard

There's a piece on the side of the hat ring that was broken when it arrived, my daughter waited a month for it and if we return it she won't have it for another month or two 😳🥺😡
