The Crest Mouthwash Pro-Health Gum Detoxify Mouthwash in combination with the Crest Toothpaste Pro-Health Gum and Enamel Repair Toothpaste was one of the best things that I could use when I had a gum infection. I was eating lots of family foods that contained a lot of sauces and spices and ended up with gums bleeding, severe pain, swollen and red gums, and sore glands around the neck and jawline. I went to see a dentist but they wanted to remove all my teeth and wanted to charge me $14,000! I said no I will find a natural way to heal and cure my gums and teeth! These two products worked as an excellent 1-2 punch combination! It took me about 3 weeks because I had a really bad infection and the antibiotics was not enough. So using this toothpaste and the mouthwash I mentioned, helped to alleviate the pain! I used both products 2x sometimes 3x per day in the first 2 weeks and then by weeks 3-4 I was able to reduce it to 1x-2x per day. I also changed my diet for those 30 days because anytime I would eat any foods whether it be something as mild as ketchup or bbq sauce or even stew that has certain ingredients, it would enflame them all over again. Also do not drink any sodas or juices, only consume water as that will help you to heal faster!

I love the taste and how your mouth feels fresh after using. It does not contain alcohol. It is hard to find I don't know if they discontinued making it
