Great phone but with one downfall.
This is a great phone but the only thing lacking is battery life. I find myself plugged in to an outlet constantly. The only way this phone will make it through the day is if it's used minimally.

Purchase from company
If you can get the phone from the company PLEASE do!! I purchased this phone because I needed it that day since I was going on vacation. Got home and sat the phone up and it worked a couple hours only. I've taken the phone to local cricket store and back to Walmart to find out the phone was locked and already previously used when it was supposed to been a brand new phone. Cricket has tried changing the sims card 3 times. I've been running back and forth 2 weeks try a get the phone activated and working. Just for Walmart to not want to give a refund or replacement because my 14 days was up during the process of me running back and forth to both stores for a week straight. I've even contacted Walmart customer service which they insisted a refund or replacement should have been giving this they were the ones sold me a used locked phone that unusable. So I've lost $300 dollars 😭

I will never buy an Iphone again.
Phone worked good until it didn't. My daughter had it less than 2 weeks before it magically locked her out and now she cant get back in. Apple support even tried to help but they could not figure it out. It says it is locked to previous owner, who I'm assuming would be cricket since this was a brand new phone? I've always owned Samsung phones, guess I should have stuck with them for my daughters phone as well....smh

I had this phone for about two months and the back camera and flashlight stopped working completely. It wasn't dropped and didn't suffer any water damage. This is a cheap phone and not up to Apple standards.
