Solution: install apps on SD Card
Some reviewers are complaining about not being able to install apps to their external storage (microsd card). Here's a workaround. Go-to the Google Play store. Install "Split APK Installer" and launch it. Go-to settings. Set the install location to external storage. You will need to download and install apps (.apk files) manually using SAI app. You will need to allow your phone to install apps from unknown sources. Then grant Split Apk Installer permission to install apps. These settings can be searched for using the search function from your settings menu. apkpure(.com) has the same exact apps found in the Google Play store. Download the apk version of any app you want. Install it from within the SAI app.

I HAVE HAD ISSUES WITH THIS PHONE AS SOON AS I ACTIVATE IT! CAN'T MAKE CALLS OR RECEIVE CALLS I HAVE HAD THIS PHONE FOR TWO WEEKS AND TODAY I WAS ABLE TO TALK TO MY DAUGHTER ,BUT I STILL CAN'T GET ANY OF MY CONTACTS! REALLY DISAPPOINTED! NOT WORTH THE PRICE OR THE USE!
