Cricut® Portable Trimmer, 13 in (33 cm)

I've brought a couple of cheaper trimmers in the past but none of them compare to this one, it cuts great, super smoth to use and the extending ruler is so handy, its is a lot better quality too, could come with a spare blade for the price but would definitely recommend

Love this. The precision cut has opened a whole new range of possibilities for using my Joy machine. I'm no longer restricted to pre-cut cards. I can cut my own material with accuracy. The blade is supper sharp and I love the pull out arm to measure larger materials with confidence.

The platform itself is thick, durable, and less prone to bending while using the product if not on a flat surface. Excellent all-around when sitting on a flat surface. The fold-out ruler has every relevant measurement clearly marked, and is nearly flush with the main platform when extended. Would recommend for cutting pretty much any flat medium (paper, cardstock, vinyl sheet, etc). The fact that product does NOT come with any extra blades is the only negative thing I can say about it.

Great addition to my Cricut supplies, makes smooth straight cuts and allows you to save pieces from current projects for future projects. Much better than scissors.

I held off on purchasing this because I already had one from my scrapbooking, but finally got it on a sale. I LOVE it. It's so simple but so precise that it is now a requirement for all my cricut projects!

Best trimmer out there. I've used mine for many years. Good measurements and easy to change the blades. I've had friends ask what trimmer I'm using and they've purchased it too.

Had some odd shipping issues, but thankfully it was sorted out. And I'm glad for it! My family has had this ok version of the portable trimmer for years and we loved it until that blade could barely cut anymore. I came back to the Cricut site in hopes of getting the same product, but it is quite different now. I really like the ability to replace the blade to reduce waste! But I will miss that whimsical bug and green colour scheme.

This is a great paper trimmer. I like that the extended arm clicks into place, the measurements on it are helpful & I love that the cutting area is 13" long. The only thing I don't like is that the ruler slide (not sure what the actual name for it is, it's where you slide the blade to cut) opens to the right. Every paper trimmer I've ever had, has always opened to the left and it's taking a minute to get used to. I sometimes craft on autopilot and I automatically try to open to the left. Other than that, It's a great addition to my crafting tools.

It's an OK product. I think you're basically paying for the brand name, but it should've came with more blades and the scoring tool for the price you pay.

I bought the trimmer and wanted the scoring blade. After I purchased the scoring blade I realized that I am going to have to change the blade every single time I want to score paper. What a waste of time as you don't sell housing or handle separately! This seems to be an issue that Cricut won't correct for their customers but they will charge expensive monthly subscription fees!! With everybody getting GREEN shoved down our throats daily you would think you could sell a little handle for your customers instead of having to purchase a second useless paper trimmer for the handle.
