I love this honey. It is smooth and sweet with a hint of smokiness which is great for grilled items. It also is a great way to help soothe a sore throat or cough. The taste is very versatile and blends well. Very different from clove honey which I find to be specific and sometimes bitter.

The best Honey!
This is wonderful tasting honey. I mainly use it in a blended drink with Lemon Juice, Turmeric, Ginger and water. It blends well and the taste is perfect!

This honey is perfect.
I use honey in coffee and have used hundreds of bottles of honey. I love the size of the bottle. I use it up before it crystalizes too much. I love the taste, since I prefer a darker honey. This is a honey lovers honey. It is not a light, thin honey that you buy in a jug at Costco. I've bern buying several bottles each month and plan to continue.

A mesquite honey that is horrible!
This is a mesquite honey, that was not specified before purchase. Very odd, strong aftertaste. I can't figure out how to use the honey because it takes over anything you put it in and is not palatable at all. False information was given.
