Crockpot 2-Quart Classic Slow Cooker, Small Slow Cooker, Black

I have to admit that I am so very pleased with my new crockpot. It’s very stylish and perfect sized, it doesn’t take up much space at all and it’s very easy to clean and to use. It’s perfect size for a family of two or four. It’s very convenient for making a great dinner to slow cook all day while at work and very nice to come home to a great, delicious homemade dinner or can make breakfast or lunch even. It’s very nice and works great. I’m going to buy my son and daughter in law one for an anniversary present. I would highly recommend this

I think the only thing that could improve this little wonder is an indicator light to show that yes, it is on, rather than checking back (hopefully!) to make sure it is heating up. Other than that, I love it since I don't always have a huge cut of meat to cook for my 2 person family.

This thing works great. I use it for Cuban black beans. I make the sofrito in a pan before work and put it to the side. Then about midday I dump it into crockpot with 2 cans of beans and its perfect by the time I get off work. I also used it for baking 2 thin whole sweet potatoes and it worked. I love this thing.

This is the perfect size for 2 people! I got a book of slow cooker recipes for two people, and I've been working through a recipe a day. This little slow cooker makes just enough so that I have one leftover meal for my next day's lunch at work, along with dinner for two. I put it on a 1000W timer - since my food is plant-based I don't need to worry about it sitting out on the counter for a few hours until it starts cooking. It's made perfect meals four days running now. It's so great to come home after work to a hot, cooked meal. Great buy for a great price!

Got this for my birthday. My first thought was, Wow, this is tiny! But it turns out that this crock pot is perfect for one- or two- person meals. I especially like making things like refried beans in it. I don't soak the beans, just toss them in the pot with broth, spices, and maybe some bones or bacon. Then I sneak in some chopped vegetables and let everything cook on low overnight. Next day, I use my immersion blender on what's in the crock pot, and we have delicious refried beans. I am iñ a wheelchair, and don't like wasting my time. So, I expect the things in my kitchen to be easy to use, easy to clean, and help make food that people love. This does it all.

I love this little thing. Makes tonight's meal and tomorrow's lunch all at once. I do take the extra step of thickening flour and water in a fry pan in advance to prevent a "bread on the bottom" mess, but there's probably a better way. I substitute onion soup occasionally, and have you tried Louisiana Hot Links as the meat? That's HOT! Dare you! Basic recipe: Can onion soup can of water 2tbs flour Medium potato Celery - 1 or 2 stalks Carrots - 1 or 2 Two hot links - Bar M Beef Jalapeño Combine onion soup, water, and flour in fry pan over medium heat, whisk until all flour is converted. Cut up potato and place on bottom of crock pot with whole links above. Add remaining ingredients cut up. Pour onion sauce over all. Cover. Set cooker on Low. Go to work. Later, arrive home to a glorious aroma! Eat. Sleep. Repeat.

We purchased this small crock pot to cook rice. Our friends said to buy a more expense rice cooker to do the job. Well, when I was searching on the internet for rice cookers, I came across an article about cooking rice in a crock pot. Well, this little guy works great for a third the price.

VERY small - wanted for small pot roast and a couple of small potatoes and handful of carrots. Opened up and could not believe how small the inside is!!! Better use would be for like fondue or mini meatballs for a few people. Really like Crock-Pot and normally would recommend maker with 5 stars. Description leads to believe could get more in it for a dinner. Walmart has been Great with return as always.

It happens sometimes a product just does not perform but it does not mean all of the products are tainted this way. I have used this crockpot before and I always well but my most recent purchase showed me a leak that it had on the underside. So I will be re-ordering the same one in hopes that the next one will be just fine.

I’ve had this for a year, bought it last Christmas. Used it maybe 3 times. It barely even warms up on high. I accidentally got it out this year thinking it was my better one and plugged it in. Barely warm after 2 hours. On high. What reminded me write a review.
