Crockpot® Programmable 8-Quart Slow Cooker, Black Stainless Collection

I've had this less than a year and only use it a few times a month and it developed a huge crack today. No cold liquid, nothing I haven't cooked before, and it developed a huge hairline crack all around the bottom. My last crock pot lasted18 years before the controls stopped working, this one less than a year. I'm super disappointed and upset that I now have to either get a replacement bowl, or an entirely new one. Thinking about trying a different brand of slow cooker after this.

Bought this crockpot 3 months ago and have only used it 4 times. The pot is cracked and is leaking. Super disappointed because I like everything else about it. Would not recommend buying it as I now see many reviews stating the same problem.

I bought about 5 months ago and have only used it 3 times. Today the pot cracked and I had liquid all over my counter and floor. Do not buy! Sorely disappointed! I will be switching brands. This is ridiculous

Unfortunately, my crockpot came very damaged around the control panel. I can't return it due to the fact I had already broken down the box while opening to get the crockpot out. Very disappointed.

Used my 8-quart pot 3 times. Black surface on cook pot is coming off. Metal wall of heating section burned thru. Do not buy this product. Always followed instructions. Never put pot in dishwasher. Never used metal utensils. I don't get it.

Large capacity crock pot with timer and warming function. My wife really appreciates being able to program the cooker in half-hour increments and, if she's not home on time, it simply shifts to warming status. This relaxes time on days we slow cook while out running errands and such. Very happy with this product.

I only had this crock pot for a year and I was in the middle of cooking my dinner and I heard a pop I looked around and didn’t discover until I went to clean it that I see a big piece broke. Thank god I had a liner so it did not leak.

Bought this about 6 months ago have used it 4/5 times and today while at work the lid shattered. Was extremely pleased with it up until this point especially the timer and keep warm features.

Item was defective. The screws on the bottom were longer than the feet so it wobbled and couldn't sit flat. Will be returning.

My old pot had seen its last days. Now no struggles with knobs, heating , handles. Just like a kid at Christmas, a new toy. The digital features were an extra help too set and go
