I bought this for my new beeman airgun and it works perfectly. You need to use a sewing needle to open it as so not to over lubricate the spring in the new gas spring or spring piston airguns. Do not use gun oil or 3 in 1 type oils in airguns these can damage the air seals and void the warranty check with the manufacturer and see what they recommend. Most of the airguns made now recommend a silicone based oil. This Silicone Chamber Oil is made just for airguns and will not damage the air seals in the gun.

This oil is expensive but it works very well for air gun lubricant.

This is what Crosman recommends for nitro piston air rifles. It's cheaper to buy from Walmart than Crosman directly, and Walmart is one of the few places that actually carries this oil.

I tried to right a review, explaining that I use this to lubricate an electrical contactor in the winter. However, I could not submit the review because off "offensive language". I don't know if "electrical" or "contactor" is offensive but maybe this one will satisfy the Uber lords.

This is the correct lubricant for the compression chamber of spring piston air guns, being of silicone composition versus conventional petroleum-based lubricants. The latter will detonate under high pressure, causing dieseling. The tube is small for the price, but considering it only takes a couple of drops every 1000 shot or so, I'll probably lose the stuff before I use it all up. This is the type of lubricant recommended for this specific purpose. I was happy to find it online from Walmart.

Crosman recommends this for Benjamin NP XL1100. One to three drops in compression chamber every 1000 pellets. Should last along time. Don't cut a big hole in the nipple it will leak out if you do. Tighten cap after use.
