I got the large one. it's big enough to put on multiple soar spots at once. stays cold for hours so you can take it off and on without having to run back and fourth to freezer.

I had back fusion and this ice pack has been a great way to reduce my pain for extended periods of time. I wear it to the store. Stays cold, I have not tested the 8 hours, but I wore it at least 4 hours, it kept the ice cold feeling.

This is by far the BEST cold pack I've ever used.. 🙌 And i have tryed many different ones only 2 be dissapointed This one wont dissapoint does what it says it will do. Stays very cold 4 at least 6-8 hrs and when you live in constant pain you what it to last..I will be ordering another 1. One 4 morning 1 for nite!!

This is the absolute BEST ice pack I have ever used! It truly does last the full 8 hours! I use it on my lower back daily and cannot say enough great things about this product. I have tried other cold packs, none of them stay cold, this is the ONLY one I will purchase, it is durable and able to handle daily use!

I am a Handicapped woman that has Permanent Spinal damage and constant fractures due to having R/A. These Ice Packs are JUST THE BEST, MOST DEPENDABLE PACKS THAT I HAVE EVER USED!!! I have tried basically everyone on the market until I found these Cryomax!! They come in three sizes, so they can be used Anywhere on your body!! They work for several hours, NO LEAKING!! Just wrap a kitchen towel around it, then apply to painful area!! I Will NEVER USE ANYTHING ELSE!!

So it came and was accidentally busted and I didn't get a chance to use it as it was leaking and etc, I have a replacement being sent out to me so I'll update this when I get the new one and can try it out but from the packaging, to the very stretchy and flexible straps and comfortable and soft cover the ice pack goes in, I feel like it's definitely worth the money. I'm sure it'll hold the cold for at least 3hrs just by the look of the filling in the ice pack but I've not got to test it out yet to see if it gets cold cold and how long it stays cold so until I get the replacement to try it out, I'd have to give this a solid 6/10 for all the factors surrounding the ice pack except obviously how cold it gets and for how long lol. But for the price it's huge and I got it for my hip and it easily covers the entire surgical area as it would work for your back and etc and seems pretty bendable too so I'd definitely buy it if you're needing an ice pack

I'm so sad. i really liked this at first but I've only ended up being able to use it a couple times before it got a hole and started leaking
