My son enjoys his gaming headset, we have not had any problems with it. The sound is good, whether he's talking or someone else is talking. It's clear to hear.

Do not use on your neck. It can cause stroke- found that out after I used on my neck and had the worst headache for several days. Reached out to my doctor and was informed that there have been cases of stroke linked to the use of these on necks. Worked great for back pain

my biggest and really only complaint is total in shipping and missed Christmas because of out of stock after accepting my order. Christmas is hectic and things happen, but i ordered a few days before Christmas, expexting later a few days and received 6 weeks later.

We never could get the microphone working but that could have been on our end, I not sure. I tried another set and they worked instantly. Also the reviews on this product are of different headphones and I thought it was of this one. I don't know how pay attention to this

I need a Bluetooth headset and wish to return it

The main USB connection did not work, and even using the extra connector only one feature could be recognized at a time. Not usable for gaming.

The headphones work, the mic does not. I need to return this product.

Simply put, does not work. The headphone jack works sometimes, and the USB port powers the headphones, but does not work and is not detected, not even on the lowest level of data transfer. Tested this using Ubuntu Linux, Windows 11, and Windows 11 on another computer. USB simply does not function.

Sound is low and volume doesn't work or led lights
