If you make it according to the instructions, it will be very watery. We add extra beans, stewed tomatoes, and occasionally corn for a little crunch. Brown your meat, drain, add to crockpot along with seasonings and all veggies then cook on low all day in crockpot. Delicious! When our local Walmart quit stocking it, we started ordering online 6 at a time so we never run out.

I don't understand why you don't carry this item in the store I really wish you would!!!! You use too…Instead I have to buy it online not my favorite thing to do!

This has always been our go-to when we don't have time for homemade. We can still add our favorite ingredients and there's never any left for leftovers. It feeds a family of four easily.

This is a hearty soup that has a great taste with the onions you add yourself. We added Vidalia onions and served with crusted bread and melted cheese on top. Cooks up fast.

I like that you can either make a whole pot or just a bowl. Has great flavor and can use for many cooking ideas. I like to us to simmer my hamburger patties in after I grill them. Makes the best hamburgers. I also use it on my meatloaf. Makes a great flavor to it. Also great to add when making a pot roast!

Seasoned very well without being too salty. I added frozen southwest corn blend and diced up left over chicken. Made a full meal for four with left overs. Delicioius.

Pretty bland. The broccoli was an "off" brown color mixed with green, so I am thinking the vegetables they used were not that fresh. My larger gripe, however, is the preparation instructions - a "medium" saucepan was so full I couldn't bring it to the "rolling boil" directed. it stuck on the bottom of my nonstick saucepan, even with the temperature below medium. If I had not been watching for the boilover, I would not have been stirring so often and preventing a scorch. It took far longer than the listed 10 minutes to soften the broccoli beyond the texture I'd call ... chewy. While we love a good cheddar-broccoli soup, this is not one.

I love the product and can use it so many different ways, in meats, for a dip and just as intended for a soup. My disappointment was in Walmart itself. I placed two orders of 6 packs a piece. I did not learn from Walmart that they only had eight packs of my 12 pack order until after I had recieved the eight. Shoddy customer service for sure, the only thing they did for me was not charge me for the four I did not recieve! Wow, thanks for that!!!

I don't know if they changed this product over the past couple years, but it definitely tastes different then I remember. It's more like tortilla soup than enchilada soup.
