Cuisinart 12 Cup Automatic Grind & Brew Coffeemaker, Black, DGB-400

I've been using it for years. Never a problem with it. I just bought a new one only because I wanted it to look “new” in my new kitchen. We enjoy freshly brewed coffee and so we buy whole beans and grind it fresh everyday. Cleans easily and can be used with or without paper filter which is a plus. The water compartment has a filter as well. I highly recommend this product if you want a “fresh” cup of coffee everyday.

Very easy to use. Versatile and easy maintenance. The best part is the coffee taste like the old fashioned perk coffee, nice and rich!

This grinder/coffee maker is the second one I've had. The first version of this model was fantastic but was used so much I had to replace it. The new version of the same model is terrific! It's aesthetically even better looking than the older version. The new model also brews in half the time. So all of that being said it's a wonderful machine and Cuisinart has outdone themselves again! I highly recommend this product and I'm so thankful my bride surprised with it for Father's Day!

The unit is engineered to offer the option to use ground coffee or you may grind beans . It is a moderate sized unit , has features to set timing of the brew plus with reading the manual easy to operate. It has turn off time set which is an important safely feature and you can grab a quick cup with the PAUSE BREW FEATURE so no need to wait for brew cycle to end . It's an easy to clean attractive unit which also has a filter . It's 2 steps up from my old coffee system .

Excited to find this updated version of our old Cuisinart Grind and Brew! Enough similarities that it was easy to learn. Just a slightly updated look although our old one did not seem outdated at all. Confident this one will last for over a decade just like its predecessor! ❤️

This coffeemaker has automatic shut off which is a great feature for busy people. It can also be programmed regarding start time, as well as when it will shut off. The downside is that the grinder is very loud, and it is pretty messy to clean each time as the heat and condensation cause remaining grounds in the grinder to become wet and packed into it. For the most part, I grind my coffee myself and add it to the coffeemaker already ground. It makes a high-pitch beep when the coffee is done brewing and again when it is about to turn off that drives my dog into a panic. I wish there was a way to silence that. I need to check for a volume choice in settings. I have only had the pot for a month, so there may be more choices in the settings. Overall a good quality brewer that results in great coffee every time.

I traded in my 20+ year Cuisenart Grind and brew for a new one this year. It's very simple to use and the coffee is super hot. The entire unit is larger than the previous one. I do miss my thermal pot though as this one is glass.

The coffee maker is wonderful I love all the features. The coffee is extremely hot which is wonderful. I like to add extra cream so I'm glad the coffee is still hot when I drink it. The only reason I didn't do 5 stars is that the bean grinder has moisture in it even when you aren't using it. I have to take it out to dry it. When using the grinder it's great. It's a nice consistency.

I will keep it clear and concise. Grinder is extremely loud but the coffee pot also spills almost 9 out of 10 times when I pour my coffee into a cup or when I'm pouring water into the water tank. I don't understand if there is a trick but I wish I could get a machine that wouldn't do those things I mentioned.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The custom service is great , but I'm disappointed about the product. I bought this coffee machine because it's from cuisinart. The noise is so loud when it is grinding the coffee beans. I'm embarrassed when I was making coffee for my friends. I wish I can return it for a better machine.
