Cuisinart 17” Reversible Maple Wood Cutting Board, CWB-17M3

This is a nice quality set which includes two ice cube trays, a nice size ice cube container, and a lid which helps poke the ice cubes through and into the container, then serves as a lid. Must be hand washed according to instructions. If you enjoy making flavored ice, or freezing bouillon, etc. you'd probably do this anyway. The trick to making this work for me was filling it halfway or less. Tap water freezer very solid so the cubes are easier ti get out and use if they are a bit thinner. That's what works for me.

Deep edge groove to catch juices: Perfect Size: Big to chopping multiple veggies at once for salads AND/OR big space for roasts. I sealed with Wood Butter for extra protection. Very hard wood too. Just gave up my Microban cutting boards for the old fashioned wood so I'm doing my due diligence to keep the new wood boards from becoming a breeding ground of microbes.

A great breadboard but you need to put plastic tabs on one side to prevent moving while you knead. The right size and weight for an old lady bread maker.

Beautiful maple cutting board. I ordered the large. Great size! Thick, solid maple board. Cleans easily. Love the groove to catch juices.

The cutting board is a fantastic with depth and material. I could not be happier. But what is easier to clean and maintain.

I feel like a chef with my new board. Nice and big with plenty of room for chopping. Wood seems pretty hard . Love the edge drip too! Very good buy

Great size, level and sturdy. In case anybody needs to know, this board weighs approximately 5 pounds. I was unable to locate the weight of this board prior to purchase so i hope this is helpful to others. Ive used this 1 time since purchase and as shown in the picture I've posted it didn't fare too well. It seems as though a heavy top coat of wax or some type of clear coat was applied. When used, the knife marred that top layer and has left visible scratches. I'm hoping these are superficial marks that will eventually disappear as that top coat wears away, otherwise this board will be returned.

It was just purchased. How can I possibly know if it a quality product until it's used for weeks, months, years? The price was good compared to other sites.

Looks okay and performs okay, but cracks and warps too easily, despite frequent oiling and washing immediately after use with cold water and mild soap. Don't see it lasting long. Had another one, but after a few months of use, I had to resurface it because the oiled wood wouldn't seal the cuts, which made it start to stink.

Very sad this cutting board warped and curved when i got wet.
