Crepe pan is good for more than crepes
The Cuisinart Advantage Pro 10” skillet is offered as a crepe pan. It is shallow, perfect for crepes; but, the 10 inch size is also great for cooking a small breakfast of eggs and sausage. Cuisinart never fails to produce quality items. This pan is heavy duty with a nonstick coating. A big plus is that it is described as dishwasher safe! However, I always hand wash my good cookware. I highly recommend his crepe skillet for more than just crepes.
