Cuisinart Chef’s Classic 7-Piece Stainless Steel Cookware Set, Aluminum Core Base, Oven Safe

After many hours of research I found this set! I wanted something safe to cook foods into that would not put off toxic fumes while cooking so I went to Stainless Steel and Cast Iron. This set is not only beautiful to look at, it's also amazing to cook, boil, or to bake out of! I spray the inside of the pan before I use a pan and I've never had any issues with anything sticking during the use of it. I have been baking and cooking for around 45 years and I believe that this set is some of the top cookware available. I'm so impressed with the style of each pan's design and abilities. I have even given my daughter's each a set of their own to have to use at their homes. I know this set will last a lifetime and beyond!

Well built and reasonably priced. I got the 7 piece set to compliment what I had in Cuisinart Everyday pots from 30 years ago (and still going strong). I do prefer the handles on the older pots as they have more girth to them. Also, not quite as thick as the old pots either. Finally, a smaller complaint, by why not arc weld the handles (like the old pots) instead of riveting them? Less places for food to stick to.

This is my first set of cookware and I am super happy with this purchase! The pots are easy to clean and once you read about how to take care and maintain stainless steel, you will love it! The shiny pots are so satisfying. Remember to oil down and use low or medium heat. The handles don't get hot and the pots are pretty light weight. Fantastic pieces and better for health than non stick choices!

These products don't hold up very well. Even when rendering plenty of fat (butter or ghee) in the pan, items stick to it. One of my burners on my cooktop is completely ruined because a film or coat from the skillet burned onto it. I do think I will beer buy products from cuisinart again. I'd like a refund but I don't think one will be issued.

The first time using the large sauce pot I added water and salt. Apparently the salt caused the degradation of the bottom of the pan leaving several black marks that will not come out.

I bought this October 2 and this morning I am washing the stock pot and I couldn't understand what I was looking at and then it dawned on me. I was seeing daylight all the way through the pot. I've used Cuisinart quite a long time so this is a new one on me.
