Cuisinart Chef's Classic Stainless Cookware 11 Piece Set, 77-11G

I received this set as a gift from my daughter for Christmas. I have had nonstick for quite a few years so adjustments had to be made for this cookware. This set is beautiful and remains shiny with proper cleaning. Even heat and food tastes so much better.

I wanted to have a new set hence purchased this second set of Cuisinart . The last one that I purchased 14 years ago is still in excellent condition. Durable and excellent quality. Easy to maintain. 11 piece chief classic set has right number of utensils for a medium to large family.

I love them so far, but they have gotten stains after one use, cooked sausage links in one and can see where they were. Cooked stuffed shells and can see the lines of the stuffed shells. Almost like “burnt” into the pain. Pan still works great, I’m not too upset by it, but it is annoying!

The pans are shiny and a good weight. They stack pretty good and the variety of sizes is great. Not great is that the handles to the lids get really hot and our hard water made circle stains after the first use. Not great for eggs. It seems hard to clean them back to the point that they look new on the inside. The outsides of the pans look really nice.

I purchased these pots and pans about a month ago, based on their positive reviews and strong reputation. Unfortunately, I’ve encountered several issues that are very concerning. One of the pots has already cracked (photos will be attached), which I find unacceptable given the short time I’ve owned them. Additionally, despite using butter, oil, and oil spray, food consistently sticks to the surfaces of both the pots and pans, making them very difficult to use and clean. I’m disappointed with the quality and would appreciate a resolution to these problems.

I bought these pans about 1 month ago because I needed a new set after almost 20 years. I use my set on a daily basis and bought these because of Cuisinart's good reputation. However, after one use for each pan, they have strange films on the bottom and it doesn't seem to matter how I try to clean it, but the film remains - despite company claims that the stainless steel doesn't discolor or react to food. One more thing that has surprised me is how many times I've gotten burned by the cover handles already. These are advertised as having cool-touch handles - but this is not the case. It has happened on all of my pans. The cooking performance is comparable to other pans, but overall I haven't been impressed by the lack of quality.

I’m a bit disappointed. It seems like after the first use, my pans seem to be showing black marks or are cloudy. I don’t use high heat and I wash them by hand. I don’t know if that’s expected or normal, but they are new and shouldn’t look like I’ve had them for years already.

These products don’t hold up very well. Even when rendering plenty of fat (butter or ghee) in the pan, items stick to it. One of my burners on my cooktop is completely ruined because a film or coat from the skillet burned onto it. I do think I will beer buy products from cuisinart again. I’d like a refund but I don’t think one will be issued.

The pot mentioned as induction supportive even slow cook burn the pot i have proof and everything even after using slow cook for gravy its stick on the pots heavily very disapointed
