Cuisinart Classic Stainless Steel 2-Piece Paring Knife Set with Blade Guards

I don't know about you, but for me these knives are perfect so far they are staying sharp. You must be careful because I already accidentally cut my finger on one of them. To keep these knives in pristine condition do not use them to cut against a hard surface because you will dull the blade. Do your research on what type of cutting board you should use, this will help to keep this set of knives in pristine condition. I do recommend this knife set for any customer looking forward to buying them.

These knives are unbelievable! When I show them to friends %26 family and they see how the knives slice smoothly through everything from a peach to a steak, they cannot believe how affordably they are priced. The knives even come with custom sized sheaths to keep the blades from getting dinged up. Great hostess gift or holiday present!

I was pleasantly surprised by these knives. They're lightweight, fit my hands perfectly and very sharp! Even my (adult) son commented on the sharpness. These knives are a welcome addition to any kitchen

The value for the price, I just have to give this five stars, no question about it. I bought an inexpensive knife sharpener and I sharpen the pear knife after every third time of use, then it's ready to go just like new.

I am working on building up a full set of these. This combo deal of small knives is great, maybe even all you really need for light work.

I somehow lost track of my other serrated knife that was 20 years old and bought this set. They are amazing, just like my other Cuisinart products over time. They are SHARP, so handle with care!

Perfect pair of knives, they are a little lighter than I thought they'd be, due to hollow handles. However they are quickly becoming my favourites, basically they are a regular paring knife plus a knife for tomatoes.

Very sharp blades and a great set! I just wish there had been a longer straight blade included with these two. I REALLY wanted a thin blade longer than the paring knife, but none were available except in a large set (I couldn't buy). 😁 Keep the blade guards on when not in use! Hand Wash Only To Keep Sharp! Dishwashers dull the blades! Over all, a very nice set, and economical!! Critique: The handles are a tiny bit too big around for a medium woman's hand. And the tip of the serrated blade would be more handy if it were more pointy (for taking the stem end out of tomatoes, etc.).

Well, these knives are exactly the right size and they look very good. I found them to be very dangerous when I was using them. The handles are very slick and wet, and as I chop a lot of vegetables which leads to my hands being with therefore getting the knifehandle wet, they did not work for me. If the handles had some type of rubber grip on them, I think they would be very useful to many people.

Supposed to be stainless steel but less than 2 months already a nick thats looks like its trying to rust. Not very sharp and didnt take to sharpener too well.
