Wow! I was very surprised to see how wonderfully made and weighted these are! Getting rid of old cutlery that no longer did the job, I looked at quality steak knives and chose these. Glad I did. And they come with a plastic tip to remove when using! Solid, beautiful, knives. Excellent price too.

These steak knives are of very high quality. They are well made and are really sharp. I am very happy that I ordered them. My existing knives were several years old and not nearly as nice as the new ones I ordered. Also I noted the new Cuisinart knives have a lifetime warranty that I didn't notice until I received them. I'm surprised they don't bring your attention to that more in the product description.

These knives are the best! I bought them years ago and when others come %26 go because they are dull or colored ceramic chips off these cut everything from meat to tomatoes. I was so happy to see them for sale here as friends mentioned their steak knives were bad %26 I wanted to find a gift for them. The price is unreal for the quality. I put them in the dishwasher for years and the handles stull look like new. I bought some for our winter home %26 may get another set as a housewarming gift. I would give them 10 Stars!

Knives don't cut the meat, they shred it like it was pulled apart, not sliced. They are sharp but don't slice the meat. Cannot recommend.

These are not sharp enough to cut any meats. They actually started to rust after hand washing, . I am really sorry to have bought them.
